$20 third party insurance

TPI is mandatory to all renter.

Covered credit card

Card holder with covered card which covered both CDW and TPI is not required to pay any insurance. Before selecting this option please confirm with your card provider that you're covered with both insurance,and covered Jamaica. proof of coverage will be needed upon receiving the rental.

Condition of Use

The vehicle may be used for personal moving purposes only. Commercial use and certain activities such as racing are prohibited.

Termination and Cancellation

Early return will result in prorated charges. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period will result in a $50 fee.

Vehicle Condition and Return

The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental, with a full fuel tank. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges.

Responsibilities and Indemnification

The renter is responsible for maintenance and repairs during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. The renter agrees to indemnify the rental company for any liability exceeding the insurance coverage.

Persons or classes of persons entitled to drive

Any person who is driving on the Policyholder's order or with the Policyholder's permission who is over the age 23 and under 75 years of age and has had a full driver's license for a minimum of one year
