Condition of Use

The vehicle may be used for personal moving purposes only. Commercial use and certain activities such as racing are prohibited.

Termination and Cancellation

Early return will result in prorated charges. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period will result in a $50 fee.

Vehicle Condition and Return

The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental, with a full fuel tank. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges.

Responsibilities and Indemnification

The renter is responsible for maintenance and repairs during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. The renter agrees to indemnify the rental company for any liability exceeding the insurance coverage.
